WOWED by every aspect Jul 1, 2023

I was WOWED by every aspect of our project. I called on Sunday, expecting to just leave a message but got a human voice. Angie was so helpful in answering my questions. She scheduled Wed. for replacement of my water heater, but because of a cancellation, she got them to come on Monday. Both Juan and William came in and went to work. Got the job done in a couple of hours. I didn't have to deal with the old water heater. I was very happy with their work, and they were very patient with my questions. George also came early to flush my tankless. This is a well-run company and their prices are fair. I will be contacting them for any other jobs I have. Thank you!

Tony's Plumbing did an amazing job with repairing our water heater. Saved me the cost of replacing it with a new one. They sent Paul, who was very professional, straightforward, and knew exactly what was needed. Now I know who to call for any future plumbing issues, and I hope they send Paul again!

Our water heater pilot started going out every few days, and I was having trouble finding someone to come out and fix it. The plumber we had been using would only replace it. They wouldn’t even try to repair it, since it was more than 6 years old. Another place that specialized in water heaters also wouldn’t try, since it wasn’t a brand they carried parts for. I finally called Tony’s Plumbing, and they said they would be happy to send someone out to work on it. Paul came out and opened up the burner assembly and cleaned everything out. This is exactly what the manufacturer had suggested to do for this problem. Now it’s working fine again, with a 1-hour service call. I was very happy with the job that Paul did. He took his time and did a thorough job and was pleasant to deal with. Eventually we’ll need a new water heater, but to throw one away prematurely seemed a shame for many reasons. Also, the office staff was extremely helpful—by the time I called Tony’s I was in a bit of a time crunch, and they said they would let me know if there was a cancellation. They managed to fit me into their schedule that same day, which was a real lifesaver. We’ll definitely be calling Tony’s Plumbing for any future plumbing problems.

Tankless replaced with additional anti-scale filter, all went well. Expensive but less than quote from another plumber. Homeowner, me, screwed up faucet replacement causing leak into house day after tankless installed. Called Tony's, they sent over Mark same day, got the problem fixed plus help on other item. Still expensive but very good follow-up. Plumbers are expensive but the work is physical & I don't want to do it & sometimes I need the expert.

Mark (plumber) investigated the issue and found a loose wire. Fixed the wire in place and tested the unit. Called Bradford White to check, issue resolved and warranty.

Highly recommend Tony's Plumbing Oct 1, 2015

The pilot light on our old water heater would go out sporadically but with increasing frequency. This particular brand/model had many complaints and even a class action lawsuit as we found out later. We called several plumbers on Angie's List and they were aware of this problem and all recommended the same replacement brand, so we decided not to try and fix our old heater but rather replace it. We had called two other plumbers on Angie's List but had used Tony's Plumbing before, and we were happy with them. They were also able to give us the best price and come out the day after we first called. I was going to be out of town and did not want my wife to have to deal with this, which is why we asked for a rush job. There were also some plumbing code violations that needed to be fixed. The two technicians, Johnny and Dave, came out on time with the new heater. They completed the job in about two hours, and we had hot water that night. Johnny and Dave were very professional and easy to talk to. They shared their experience in maintaining and getting the most out of the water heater. We will use Tony's again for any other plumbing problems and wholeheartedly recommend them.
