Very happy with the overall service
This is the third time we have used Tony's Plumbing and once again very happy with the overall service. Although the issue at hand was a bit out of the norm, the team found a resolution that was best for the problem we had and we are grateful. It was a job that had to spread over a couple of days, due to the fact we needed to get water detection service on hand to find the leak, since it was underground. Once located, the repairs were done quickly. I had requested for Jorge to do all the work, but due to scheduling and our need, it was not possible, however, Jorge came to give the final look to make sure we were satisfied. Work involved multiple workers and we are grateful to all for work well done. Thank you Jorge, Tony's Plumbing and the whole team. WOWED by every aspect
I was WOWED by every aspect of our project. I called on Sunday, expecting to just leave a message but got a human voice. Angie was so helpful in answering my questions. She scheduled Wed. for replacement of my water heater, but because of a cancellation, she got them to come on Monday. Both Juan and William came in and went to work. Got the job done in a couple of hours. I didn't have to deal with the old water heater. I was very happy with their work, and they were very patient with my questions. Overall response was great. Angie told me she could send someone over the day I called. She gave me a two-hour window and called me when the technician was on his way just as she said she would. Mark arrived on time and went over the work to be done and gave me an estimate of four hours. I agreed and he went to work immediately. I could tell he was very experienced. He was organized and worked quickly and efficiently. I provided the parts to save some money, and that was not a problem for him. Mark had a great attitude and worked so fast that he was done in only three hours and so that's all he charged me for. Plus, I got a 10% Angie's discount!
