Tony’s Plumbing came to my house to check out aspects of the home inspection report as I was getting ready to sell my house. Mark was friendly and personable and checked everything out and found no active leaks in the house. Paul came the next day and added an earthquake shut-off valve on my gas line which I did not have. After trying 3 other plumbers, none of whom were willing to crawl under the house or spend any time troubleshooting, we finally had Tony's crew come out. They spent time isolating the issue, were upfront about cost and time needed to repair. They required the experience of another coworker, so scheduled for the next day. Workers arrived promptly and got right down to work. It took them 5 hours, but they fixed the issue. The gas company came out the same day and cleared the system, turning the gas back on. It went well. They quickly found that the gas supply line was installed in the ground (wasn't supposed to be) and was corroded and leaking in the crawlspace. They came back and dug out and replaced the pipe (about 6 feet long) the same day within 2 hours.
